Believe it or not, it’s episode 100, and we are re-joined by episode 1 guest, Chris Kilmurray of Point1Athletic. Chris is a performance coach to many of the top downhill and enduro riders, so he really knows his stuff. In this episode we talk about what he does with his athletes during a world cup week, and dig into what it really takes to perform at the top level in downhill in 2019. We also talk about how we might apply some of that to us normal riders, and there is some serious wisdom here, so give it a listen.
This episode of the podcast is supported by We Are One Composites. I’ve been using their Agent 29er wheels, and I’m a big fan! Check out their range at weareonecomposites.com and listeners get 15% off stock (non-custom build) Movement and Revolution wheels, and the new Da Package bar and stem, until the end of July 2019 using the code ‘Downtime15’ at the checkout.
