This week I’m joined by one half of PNW Components, Aaron Kerson. Aaron has previously worked as a product manager for Specialized and Marin, but his entrepreneurial streak was there from an early age, and has lead to him setting up his own mountain bike brand, PNW Components, with his wife Emily. In this episode we chat about his background, and how his experience in a number of different areas, led to him having the idea for PNW. If you’re wondering what it takes to do your own thing in the mountain bike world, then there is a lot to learn from this episode.
